The Accounting Manager will own the full-cycle monthly close and support accurate, timely financial reporting in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a hands-on accounting leader with strong NetSuite experience and the ability to operate independently while partnering with leadership.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the full-cycle monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal accounting policies
Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and leadership
Support external audits, tax filings, and advisor relationships
Assist with M&A activity and post-acquisition integration
Drive process improvements to shorten close timelines and improve reporting accuracy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
Prior experience in a private equity–backed, high-growth, or multi-entity environment
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
Proven ownership of the close with minimal oversight
Experience working directly with auditors and external partners
Strong Excel skills
Preferred
Hands-on NetSuite experience
Systems and reporting tools experience a plus
