Responsibilities

Define and communicate a long-term vision for MarTech capabilities aligned with business goals
Explore new areas for value creation using first principles and rapid experimentation
Build and own a product roadmap with clear phasing and prioritization
Manage backlog, trade-offs, and MVP rollouts to optimize product performance
Apply analytics and research to inform product strategy and feature development
Monitor and evaluate product performance using modern data tools and techniques
Map member journeys and identify touchpoints to deliver cohesive experiences
Simplify processes to improve satisfaction and engagement
Drive informed discussions with engineering teams on architecture, feasibility, and risks
Stay ahead of emerging trends in MarTech, AI, and cloud technologies
Build consensus across marketing, engineering, and data teams
Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Leverage deep knowledge of MarTech ecosystems, including: Marketing automation, Audience building platforms, Content management systems, Experimentation platforms, Member data platforms, Media mix modeling

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management
9 years' experience in product management or related area
Proven experience in MarTech product management and omnichannel marketing strategies
Strong technical fluency in data platforms, AI applications, and marketing automation tools
Expertise in Agile methodologies, MVP development, and iterative optimization
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
A passion for innovation, personalization, and data-driven marketing

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and commitment to creating accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
