Responsibilities

You’ll take ownership of coordinating and managing multiple IT projects at once—typically involving 3–6 technical team members, sometimes more depending on the initiative
You’ll work directly with internal customers to define scope, gather requirements, outline the plan, identify dependencies, track progress, and ensure the project aligns with broader business goals
This role requires someone who can spot gaps early, ask smart questions, and keep teams aligned. Strong communication, critical thinking, and follow-through are essential
You’ll work with a blend of Agile-leaning processes and more traditional Waterfall structure depending on the nature of each project. The team uses Jira, but experience with MS Project or similar tools translates well

Required

Approximately 2–3 years of experience supporting or managing IT projects
Ability to drive timelines, coordinate technical teams, and keep projects moving
Experience defining scope, identifying risks, and managing day-to-day project activities
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, or similar project management tools
Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to juggle multiple simultaneous initiatives without dropping details

Preferred

Exposure to Azure, infrastructure, or IT operations environments
Any formal PM training or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Agile)
