Responsibilities
Coordinate all vendor scheduling, communication from start to finish including:
Stagers, painters, handymen, contractors, landscapers, cleaners, photographers
Create and manage listing prep timelines to ensure properties hit the market in their best possible light
Track budgets, invoices, project details, and follow-through
Assist with administrative tasks, help schedule appointments/show properties to buyers as needed (must be comfortable interacting with clients)
Run errands, deliver client gifts, pick up materials, and support on-site needs
Support client events, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day team operations
Assist with social media planning, content creation, and posting
