They are seeking an entry level Analyst to join their Technology investment banking team, where the role focuses on deal execution and gaining exposure to financial modeling and valuation analyses.

Responsibilities
Detailed Financial Modeling: construct and maintain complex financial models and revenue by customer waterfalls. Deep knowledge of gross and net revenue retention calculations, and other SaaS KPIs is highly valued (logo retention, revenue bridge, ARPA growth, cross-sell and upsell analyses, etc.)
Valuation Analyses: create and maintain precedent transactions, public trading comparables and merger models. Conduct in-depth industry research and demonstrate key valuation drivers for valuing SaaS companies
Marketing Materials Preparation: Prepare client presentations, pitch books, teasers, confidential information memoranda and other transaction-related marketing materials
Industry Research: Conducting detailed industry research, competitive analysis and assessing market data trends
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, accounting or a related field
Completed Bachelor's Degree between June 2025 - December 2025
At least one internship of technology investment banking experience
Proven record of outstanding achievement in academic and extracurricular activities
A clearly defined interest in investment banking
Detail oriented with a strong understanding of the financial statements
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Intellectual curiosity and resourceful self-starter
Excellent business judgment and ethics
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in an energetic, fast-paced environment
Live in the San Francisco Bay Area (or be willing to relocate) and work in the Larkspur office 5 days a week
Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
Prior investment banking internship experience at other elite boutique banks
