Rotations across core functions such as Project Management, Technical Sales, Logistics, Inventory Control, Business Development, Warehouse & Business Operations, Purchasing, and more
Mentorship sessions with experienced leaders who will guide your growth
Travel to training sessions across the country for broader exposure
Structured coursework in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation
Qualification
Required
Recent/Upcoming graduates with a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Those who are willing to relocate and travel during the program
