Responsibilities

Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from discovery to trial
Draft, review, and organize discovery documents, pleadings, and trial exhibits
Conduct legal and factual research; prepare deposition summaries and case chronologies
Manage electronic document systems, maintain case files, and coordinate trial logistics
Assist with mediation and arbitration preparation

Qualification

Required

5+ years of litigation paralegal experience in a midsized law firm
Paralegal certificate required
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Westlaw/LexisNexis, MS Office, and eDiscovery tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters a plus
