Installation and removal of signage
Pothole repair
Landscaping
General Maintenance
Reporting on Lot status
Ability to work 5 Days a week Monday-Friday (Some Weekends but very few)
Able to climb ladders if needed
Able to lift 50lbs
Qualification
Required
Technical ability
Have a valid Texas Driver's License
Capable of working in a fast pace environment
Must be courteous and friendly with the ability to communicate effectively
Be willing to undergo Pre-employment Background and Driver's record checks
Be willing to undergo random drug screenings
Must be a self-starter who is comfortable working alone
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
High school or equivalent
English (required)
Preferred
Knowledge with Parking equipment preferred
