Responsibilities
Define strategic objectives, develop integrated roadmaps with clear milestones and KPIs, and ensure alignment with AOP and LRP goals
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs with transparency, accountability, and agility
Provide leadership with real-time insights into program health, risks, and performance metrics
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and clear roadblocks to ensure program success
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and facilitate collaboration, communication, and decision-making across internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in program or portfolio management, ideally in a large, matrixed organization
Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to influence across levels and functions
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma, change management, or enterprise planning tools
Experience leading large cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree, Business, Program Management, or related field and 5 years' experience in Business Operations, Project Management, Program Management, Supply Chain or Procurement, or related area
Excellent customer service and the ability to motivate and lead a team
