Responsibilities

Become part of a Transit Rail department that delivers complex projects for various transit rail clients

Perform project management responsibilities on transit rail projects in the NY Metro area

Manage a multi-discipline design team to produce high quality design deliverables, meet schedules and stay within project budgets

Coordinate construction phase services for both design-build and design-bid-build projects

Respond to client issued RFQ and RFPs, assist in marketing for Transit Rail pursuits

Effectively communicate expectations and requirements with both clients and team members

Oversee development of project design schedules and project cost estimates

Required
