Consult with buyers and sellers, convert with signed buyer agreements and listing agreements
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly coaching sessions, weekly trainings and Partner Calls
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Qualification
Required
Licensed real estate professional

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
