Responsibilities

Assist the Events team with early-stage event planning, including brainstorming, competitor analysis, and concept development

Support title analysis, vendor research, sourcing, and outreach

Create, update, and maintain event-related documents, materials, and internal tracking tools

Manage and maintain guest lists, including updates and RSVP tracking

Organize event supplies and oversee inventory management

Prepare and coordinate shipments of event materials for off-site locations

Assist with the creation of weekly agendas for recurring internal meetings, including feedback summaries and meeting notes

Conduct ongoing competitive research and analysis

Support cross-functional teams, including wholesale and retail channels, on branded launches, branded corners, pop-ups, and boutique events

Assist with event setup, décor placement, and guest check-in

Support real-time problem-solving and last-minute adjustments during events

Troubleshoot friction points to ensure a high-touch guest experience

Collect materials for post-event recaps, including photo assets and KPI tracking

Gather notes and feedback to support internal debriefs and evaluations

Required

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred

Passion for global luxury experiences

Experience with boutique or experiential events is a plus
