This role is critical in supporting sales and marketing operations by coordinating campaigns, managing logistics, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, mailers, videos, etc.). Track inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of collateral to sales locations
Work closely with marketing, finance, and IT to align sales goals and coordinate initiatives. Participate in regular team meetings and provide status updates on projects and campaigns
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, CRM data organization, and general operational assistance
Maintain CRM data accuracy and organization within Salesforce and other systems. Ensure contact information is current and records are properly filed
Maintain dashboards and reports for sales representatives with sales activity, rebates, and performance information (as provided by analytics team)
Assist with implementation of new sales programs, tools, and CRM system updates under direction of leadership
Contribute to a culture of trust, integrity, and collaboration

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing coordination, administrative support, or customer service (telecom, broadband, or technology industry experience is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic data organization
Experience managing projects, campaigns, or administrative workflows
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
