Responsibilities
Manage your territory using our proven field sales strategies
Conduct strategic neighborhood canvassing with experienced team members
Convert high-value opportunities through our efficient subscription process
Work with a support team to close deals on-site with our streamlined 2-page Agreement
Provide DC and Maryland homeowners with No-Cost Solar, drastically reducing their electric bills and freeing up their budget
Generate substantial income through our rewarding 1099 compensation structure
Deliver exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times
Build a sustainable book of business through a referral network
Qualification
Required
Proven success in door-to-door or field sales
Persistent and tenacious mentality
Excellence in face-to-face communication
Independent work ethic with team player mindset
Availability Monday-Friday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with high-earning Saturday mornings possible
Have personal transportation
Preferred
Full time residence in Prince George's County, surrounding Washington, DC a plus
