Responsibilities
Enter and manage customer, supplier, and vendor records accurately in internal systems
Process customer purchase orders, sales transactions, quotes, and forecasts
Create and issue customer invoices and ASNs
Support sample, trial, and service orders
Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers
Coordinate inbound material and outbound logistics, including freight and duty postings
Prepare logistics quotes and manage transportation details
Monitor inventory needs in collaboration with Sales and Operations
Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate pricing records
Post freight, logistics, and duty-related transactions
Ensure all documentation is properly filed and maintained in Docuware
Support monthly and annual close by completing tasks accurately and on time
Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership to resolve issues in real time
Identify and escalate risks, rejections, or delays promptly
Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning activities
Contribute feedback and insights to improve systems, workflows, and tools
Work within company-developed and third-party systems, including SAP, Mezzanine, Overdrive, EDI (Radley), CRM, and Docuware
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in business, operations, logistics, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in an operations, customer solutions, or supply chain environment
Working knowledge of SAP and related operational systems
Intermediate Excel skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment
Full-time, Monday through Friday (flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or occasional weekends as needed)
Hybrid work environment
Occasional travel based on business needs
Preferred
Experience within the automotive supplier industry is a plus
