RemX is an established manufacturing and converting company seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Manager to join their team in Lackawanna, NY. This key role involves overseeing front-office functions while supporting production flow and daily business operations.

Responsibilities
Oversee front-office functions including Customer Service, Accounting, and ERP systems, while supporting back-end operations such as Materials and Planning
Develop a strong working knowledge of company products, processes, and workflows
Process order entry, purchase orders, and manufacturing orders accurately and efficiently
Collaborate closely with production teams to support workflow efficiency and continuous improvement
Manage daily B2B and online customer orders
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities
Qualification
Required
Associate degree required; higher education preferred
10–15 years of professional experience, ideally within manufacturing, operations, or office management
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (Odoo strongly preferred) and accounting software
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
