Budget, staff development, clinic operations, people management, strategic planning, service line growth, and physician relations
This position will oversee Wound Care, Anesthesiology, Interventional Radiology, Neonatology, Pediatrics, and additional areas as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business or related field
3 or more years of leadership experience in corporate setting (healthcare preferred)
1 or more years of marketing strategy experience
1 or more years of acute healthcare experience
1 or more years of demonstrated experience in personnel management and conflict resolution
Preferred
Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives or Certified Medical Professional Executive (CMPE)
