Responsibilities
Assist in creating and curating content for our WeChat Official Account, Rednote, Emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages
Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand messaging across all platforms
Shoot and edit engaging videos to showcase our products/services and tell compelling brand stories
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement video content strategies
Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages and participating in relevant conversations
Monitor social media trends and provide insights to enhance our social media presence
Support the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline
Assist in preparing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items
Assist the sales team in maintaining communication with potential clients, promptly responding to inquiries and needs, coordinating property showings, and ensuring a smooth client experience
Manage property listings and market research reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date to support decision-making and client follow-up
Fluent in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and contribute to multilingual marketing efforts
Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in video production and editing
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing accounts on WeChat, Red, Emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
Work in person at our Cupertino office
