Responsibilities

Support and maintain a hybrid IT environment, including on-prem servers and Azure cloud services
Lead department-by-department migrations of Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and related Microsoft applications to Azure
Plan and execute large-scale data migrations to the cloud, ensuring security, accuracy, and minimal disruption
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide tailored technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft systems and application issues, escalating when necessary
Create and maintain detailed system documentation, configurations, and processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in systems engineering or systems administration
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud migration best practices
Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint)
Experience supporting hybrid on-prem and cloud environments
Solid understanding of Active Directory, networking, DNS, DHCP, and system security
Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and administration
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
