Fidelity Digital Assets® is a new business unit focused on digital asset solutions for clients. The Account Manager will work with various teams to accurately set up and maintain accounts, ensuring client requirements are met and contributing to operational improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Client Service team, Custody Operations, Execution Services, Implementation Managers, and the technology team to ensure client requirements are met

Participate in various projects and operational improvement initiatives focused on improving the existing workflow, quality, efficiency, and policy & procedures

Deliver superior results quickly and efficiently, utilizing effective time management skills

Drive innovation through curiosity and comprehensive understanding of business processes and challenges
