Inside Sales Representative
GlyMed+ is an industry leader in professional skincare, providing innovative products and education for skincare professionals. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for nurturing professional accounts through relationship-building and consultative selling, while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing professional accounts
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to grow revenue, introduce new products, support promotions, and nurture account growth
Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend tailored product and treatment solutions
Confidently upsell, cross-sell, handle objections, and close sales
Maintain accurate CRM records, customer notes, follow-up tasks, and pipeline management in HubSpot
Stay informed on ingredient science, product formulations, and treatment protocols to confidently educate professional customers
Support customers in understanding GlyMed+ eCommerce, GlyMed+ Retail, Admin, and Rewards Points systems
Partner with Marketing, Education, Customer Sales, and Operations teams to support launches, promotions, and business initiatives
Provide timely customer support, order assistance, and exceptional communication to create a memorable professional experience
Maintain resilience and positivity during busy seasons and high-volume customer interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and contribute new ideas for process improvements
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Experience in skincare, aesthetics, spa, cosmetic, or beauty industry is highly desirable
Strong phone presence with clear, confident, and friendly communication skills
Ability to explain ingredient benefits, product usage, and treatment protocols (training provided)
High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building abilities
Comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), digital communication tools, and eCommerce environments
Ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and follow-ups in a fast-paced setting
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
Must work onsite at the Pleasant Grove, Utah office unless otherwise specified
