Responsibilities

Oversee and manage complex legal projects, including litigation, regulatory compliance, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution

Offer expert legal advice and guidance to senior leadership and company managers on a wide range of legal issues

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, and implement risk management strategies

Review, draft, and negotiate significant corporate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to protect the organization’s interests

Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of experienced attorneys, and manage part of the internal operations of the Law Department

Required

Excellent academic credentials

A minimum of 6 years of experience

Trial experience at federal government agencies (e.g., DOJ, SEC, or US Attorney) or large law firms, or supervisory experience in large corporate litigation departments

Requires a law degree

An active license in good standing to practice law in assigned state

6+ years of related experience
