Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of facility management teams at multiple hospital and clinic locations
Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance and safety programs
Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Manage capital improvement projects, renovations, and expansions
Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives
Develop and monitor facility budgets; identify cost-saving opportunities
Provide training, leadership, and professional development for facility staff
Evaluate facility performance, conduct regular inspections, and implement improvements
Serve as primary liaison between hospital leadership and facility operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in facility management, preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and regulatory standards
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel within the region as required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
