This role involves leading the agile transformation, centralizing analytics, and acting as a hybrid Project Manager and Scrum Master to enhance team operations and support strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Serve as the quarterback for the centralization of analytics across the organization, ensuring alignment, consistency, and efficiency

Spearhead the transition from waterfall to agile methodologies in partnership with technology teams. Drive accountability, process consistency, and agile best practices

Champion governance initiatives, streamline documentation processes, and identify operational efficiencies across the Deposits team

Act as a hybrid Project Manager and Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration

Assist in the development and distribution of analytics reports that support the Deposits team’s strategic goals

Ensure consistent use of JIRA for ticketing and workflow management. Maintain process integrity and transparency

Operate with a strategic lens to optimize team operations, support leadership initiatives, and drive continuous improvement

Required

Proven experience in analytics, data science, or technology within a commercial or consumer banking environment

Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive change

Experience with governance documentation and regulatory standards in a banking context

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

AI transformation experience is highly preferred

Experience in banking environments

Familiarity with agile coaching or transformation leadership

Background in data visualization, reporting tools, or BI platforms
