STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver Salesforce implementations and enhancements across various clouds. The role involves overseeing project delivery, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance with business objectives and data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively
Oversee configuration and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud
Ensure best practices in Salesforce development and deployment
Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects
Validate solutions against business requirements
Conduct UAT and ensure smooth deployment
Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, especially in healthcare contexts (HIPAA, etc.)

5+ years of experience in Salesforce project management

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Health Cloud Accreditation
Experience in healthcare domain and compliance standards
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Experience Cloud
