Responsibilities

Drive Improvement : Use advanced statistical methods and data science to understand and improve student and school performance
Predict Outcomes: Develop and refine predictive models to forecast student performance and support early intervention efforts
Measure Impact: Partner with teams to define and monitor key metrics such as graduation and college readiness, with a constant focus on equity
Build Tools: Coordinate with program teams to operationalize these metrics into data tools and training materials used by schools

Qualification

RSQLAdvanced statistical methodsData visualization toolsTranslating technical findings

Required

Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, etc.)
5+ years of professional experience in applied educational or social science research
Advanced proficiency in R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
Proven ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
