Responsibilities
Execute change management activities to support user adoption and readiness
Support stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment across the organization
Develop and coordinate change deliverables (communications, training support, readiness tracking)
Partner with project, business, and technical teams throughout implementation
Support deployment of a new payment processing solution replacing an existing electronic bill presentment system
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in Change Management / OCM
Strong execution-focused change delivery experience
Experience working with stakeholders at all levels (Managers through Executives)
Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred
Light training or training coordination experience
Experience supporting technology or application implementations
Any previous supporting deployment of payment processing solutions, or replacing an existing electronic bill presentment system
