Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior-level client stakeholders across a variety of industries and brand sizes
Establish the systems, processes, rituals, and standards foundational to the Client Experience discipline
Navigate complex client needs with confidence, empathy, and professionalism, modeling effective communication and composure
Act as an internal and external expert, facilitating senior-level discussions on social strategy, content performance, and platform best practices
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop effective expansion strategies in partnership with the CEO
Mentor emerging talent, building strategic confidence and leadership capabilities

Required

9+ years of client services experience within a digital, social-first, or creative agency; digital experience is required
Extensive experience with social media content, platforms, and performance strategy (paid and organic social perspective)
Strong operational and organizational rigor — with experience building teams and improving systems
Proven success nurturing complex account relationships; fostering a culture of care and navigating escalations from clients with an ethos of hospitality
A passion for staying on top of the latest trends in social media and adapting to what's changing in the landscape
An ambitious attitude and self-starter with high energy to be hands on and collaborate with team members
