Responsibilities

Manage litigation and non-litigation matters for clients
Supervise and manage junior attorneys
Collaborate with relationship partners and execute strategic decisions
Direct defense discovery efforts and handle depositions
Take and defend depositions, including the plaintiff's deposition

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law litigation in California
Successful candidates will be highly motivated, possess excellent writing, analytical and people skills
Value a collaborative team environment
Prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities
Qualified candidates must be able to supervise and manage other more junior attorneys
Work well with clients
Independently manage significant litigation matters
Juris Doctor with a strong academic record
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state of California

Preferred

Class action experience preferable
Traditional labor law experience is a plus
Bilingual abilities are a plus
