Assembly Technician I
FORCE America is an employee-owned hydraulic manufacturer and distributor with over 65 years of experience. They are seeking an Assembly Technician who will be responsible for assembling and testing hydraulic systems and components, ensuring quality and efficiency in the production process.

Responsibilities
Assemble fundamental components for hydraulic and pneumatic systems in accordance with a work order utilizing a combination of hand tools, power tools, and equipment
Test all assembled products and systems to meet established standards for quality, quantity, efficiency, and customer specifications
Communicate with appropriate parties in relation to expedited orders, component quality issues, inventory records, etc
Participate in the implementation of process improvements
Participate in maintaining and suggesting safety practices and procedures
Maintain an orderly work environment
Maintain system accuracy and record transactions in ERP operating system
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Strong mechanical aptitude
Familiarity with hand and power tools
Strong sense of urgency and basic ability to prioritize in order to meet the expectations of the customer
Detail oriented to provide the highest level of quality
Interest in gaining mechanical experience
Preferred
1 year of relevant work experience, preferred
