Responsibilities

Provide technical and application support to R&D, customers, and commercial and project teams by conducting application and qualification tests and providing application insights and evaluations

Support marketing, sales, and key account teams by providing R&D and market insights, conducting benchmark studies, doing competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback

Conduct front-end application studies identifying new opportunities for LED Lamps & Luminaires

Support customer service via in-depth analysis of field returns and organize technical trainings to internal and external customers

Electrical engineering degreeLighting technology knowledgeLED product developmentTechnical support experienceCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsTeam player

Required

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related

Good technical understanding of lighting technology and lighting products

5+ years of working experience in product development, lighting application and/or technical field support; experience in LED lighting product development is highly preferred

Clear and concise communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and a team player

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
