Responsibilities
Lead the "deep-dive" research and identification phase for retained searches, targeting elite VPs, CTOs, and Directors in the Technology and HealthTech sectors
Build sophisticated organizational maps of competitor companies to identify high-potential talent before they hit the open market
Conduct deep-level technical and leadership interviews to vet candidates against specific client cultural and operational needs
Craft the compelling "pitch" that converts passive executive talent into active candidates for our most exclusive mandates
Work side-by-side with our Client Partners to refine search parameters and ensure we are delivering a diverse, high-caliber shortlist
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of recruitment experience, with a heavy preference for search/delivery-focused roles in the Technology sector
You enjoy the 'hunt.' You know how to use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and proprietary databases to find top candidates
You can speak 'Tech' fluently. You understand the difference between an SLM Engineer and a Cloud Architect and can articulate those nuances to candidates
The ability to manage multiple high-priority search workstreams simultaneously while maintaining a white-glove candidate experience
Based in or open to relocating to Nashville, TN, and eager to contribute to our high-energy downtown culture
