Responsibilities

Identify and target mid-sized manufacturing companies, developing go-to-market strategies to expand reach and revenue
Work closely with decision-makers to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities — positioning our solutions as long-term value drivers
Spend about 40% of your time meeting customers face-to-face, building trust, and showcasing solutions that deliver measurable business impact
Dedicate 35% of your time to prospecting new clients and 25% to crafting compelling proposals tailored to client needs
Manage your own sales pipeline, set priorities, and drive results in a remote-first, high-performance environment

Required

Bachelors Degree
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, industrial technology, or SaaS
Strong grasp of complex, consultative sales cycles and multi-stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Analytical, strategic thinker who can connect customer needs with impactful solutions
Self-motivated and able to thrive both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to travel for client meetings — around 40% of the time
