Establish board-ready reporting, KPI clarity, and forecasting credibility
Strengthen financial controls, cash management, and operating cadence
Drive strategic decision-making and challenge assumptions with data-driven rigor
Develop a scalable finance function and mentor a strong existing team
Qualification
Required
Senior finance leader with high-growth experience (ideally marketplace / consumer / retail tech)
Board-facing, credible communicator who can simplify complexity and build trust
Hands-on operator with strong technical depth and strategic judgment
Experience scaling finance functions through rapid growth and operational complexity
Comfort operating with broad scope and high ownership in a lean environment
