Qualification
Required
Degree qualified in a relevant field (preferably mathematics, statistics, data science, actuarial science, physics, economics, or a related field)
Actuarial or CII qualification would be an advantage
A minimum of 5 years in pricing, data analytics, or actuarial roles, with at least 2 years of leadership experience
Strong management and mentoring skills to develop a high-performing team of pricing professionals
Advanced knowledge of tools such as RADAR, Python, R, SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
