Responsibilities

Assist with administering a utility-scale solar management program
Assist with rulemaking, program registry and fees, database management, review of solar decommissioning plans, cost estimates, and other division duties as assigned
Responsible for technical communication and program support with staff, management, counties, the public, and the regulated community
Assist with private well sampling as well as assistance with sampling equipment
Demonstrated understanding of statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, or guidance
Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental project management processes
Demonstrated experience communicating technical information through written, verbal, or formal training

Required

Bachelor's degree in one of the agricultural, biological, engineering, environmental or natural resource sciences or a closely related curriculum from an appropriately accredited institution; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Demonstrated understanding of statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, or guidance
Demonstrated knowledge of fundamental project management processes
Demonstrated experience communicating technical information through written, verbal, or formal training
