Law Practice
Responsibilities
Representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters, including financial fraud; securities; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duties; partnership disputes; shareholder disputes; loan disputes; construction litigation, and UCC litigation
Preparing and arguing motions
Taking and defending depositions
Handling complex discovery
Making court appearances
Conducting mediations and arbitrations
Preparing cases for trial
Qualification
Required
At least seven (7) years of complex commercial litigation experience representing companies in a variety of federal and state litigation matters
Experience in financial fraud; securities; breach of contract; breach of fiduciary duties; partnership disputes; shareholder disputes; loan disputes; construction litigation, and UCC litigation
Experience in all facets of litigation including preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, handling complex discovery, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial
Admission to the Nevada Bar is required
