Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Workday Learning programs, courses (digital, blended), and campaigns/engagements
Configure and launch learning engagements using Workday's latest features
Administer extended enterprise learner sources (EEL) within Workday
Execute data loads and manage enrollments and assignments using EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
Ensure accurate enrollment of content across multiple systems
Utilize background reference IDs for precise data mapping and validation
Perform advanced data analysis and transformation using Excel and Power Query
Oversee the creation and maintenance of learning campaigns and engagement initiatives
Support digital and blended learning strategies within Workday Learning
Ensure compliance and accuracy in all learning-related data and reporting
Qualification
Required
Must have served as a Workday Learning Administrator within the last 3 years
Strong proficiency in Workday Learning, including enrollments, assignments, and EIBs
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) and experience with Power Query
Workday-Specific Knowledge: Understanding of background reference IDs and their role in Workday data integrity; Experience managing extended enterprise learner sources (EEL)
Learning Content Management: Hands-on experience with digital courses, blended courses, and learning programs; Familiarity with launching campaigns and leveraging the Learning Engagement feature
Attention to Detail: Meticulous with data accuracy and quality assurance
