Review, organize, and process legal documents including:
Waivers
Sworn Statements
Warranty Letters
Proofs of Claim
Verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established legal and company standards
Assist with tracking, filing, and maintaining legal records and documentation
Identify missing or inconsistent information
Support legal and compliance teams with administrative and research tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualification
Required
Coursework or experience in contracts law
Ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Detail-oriented
Ability to verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established legal and company standards
Ability to assist with tracking, filing, and maintaining legal records and documentation
Ability to identify missing or inconsistent information
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred
Prior internship or coursework involving contract review or legal documentation
Experience with document management systems
Interest in corporate law, compliance, or risk management
