Qualification
Required
3+ years in a studio, agency, or in-house creative environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong layout, typography, and retouching skills
Solid understanding of print production and digital asset specs
Eye for detail and passion for craft
Ability to work quickly, manage feedback, and hit deadlines under pressure
Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting design across formats
Knowledge of version control and file organization best practices
Background in advertising or marketing-related design work
