Responsibilities
Collect, validate, and organize raw field data for use in reports, analysis, and presentations
Compile, assemble, refine, and publish summary documentation and work reports
Assist in developing graphs, charts, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal and customer use
Develop, document, and maintain standardized work processes and data collection methodologies
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to materials, equipment, and subcontractor management
Ensure quality and accuracy of work processes and associated documentation
Provide indirect supervision and coordination support for field personnel and subcontractors
Interface directly with customers to support training, data review, and work effort assessments
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, or process issues and proactively recommend corrective actions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a security background check and obtain U.S. Government security clearances, as required
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HVAC, mechanical, or controls-related environment
3 or more years of experience data entry, reporting, or analysis
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to provide indirect supervision or coordination of personnel or subcontractors
Preferred
Previous industry experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or related fields
Prior HVAC technical, installation, or controls experience
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Refined presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical data to non-technical audiences
Advanced customer service and client-facing communication skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to self-manage, follow established procedures, identify errors, and proactively address issues
