Director, Deal Maker US Strategic Sales

Responsibilities
Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, building trusted relationships with top-level executives
Drive proactive account growth, focusing on selling new offerings and minimizing erosion in renewals
Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies for successful growth and retention of valuable accounts
Identify and qualify new opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and delivering tailor-made solutions
Work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts and generate new opportunities
Expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities by building a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
Continuously provide innovative solutions that position Kyndryl as a leader in the market
Ensure customer satisfaction and account compliance, maintaining a stellar reputation
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience running account P&L
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
10+ years of experience managing sales process end-to-end
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
