Responsibilities
Obtain quotes from installation contractors and insulating oil providers
Coordinate field service schedules among clients, contractors, and field supervisors
Manage and track schedules across multiple projects simultaneously
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
Identify, address, and resolve operational and field-related issues as they arise
Qualification
Required
Authorization to work in the United States
Strong scheduling and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Korean
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proven experience in logistics or transportation management
Strong understanding of U.S. and Canada freight regulations
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Korean
Strong communication skills in English and Korean
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
Preferred
Experience with bulk, oversized, or special cargo transportation is highly preferred
Candidates with 3 years or more of relevant experience are preferred
Candidates with a relevant major are preferred
