Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of iOS developers, driving technical excellence and best practices
Architect, design, and implement advanced iOS applications for iPhone and iPad
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and deliver high-quality features
Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to coding standards
Own the full mobile app lifecycle – from concept and design to testing and release
Stay updated on emerging iOS technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development efficiency
Qualification
Required
7–10 years of overall experience in software development, with at least 5+ years in iOS application development
Proven experience as a Lead / Senior iOS Engineer managing or mentoring developers
Strong hands-on expertise in Swift and Objective-C
Solid understanding of iOS frameworks (UIKit, CoreData, Core Animation, etc.)
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and third-party libraries
Proficient in Xcode, Instruments, and debugging tools
Familiar with mobile security best practices, performance optimization, and App Store submission process
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to balance leadership with individual contribution
Preferred
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and test automation
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Prior work in consumer-facing, high-scale mobile applications
