Responsibilities
Serving as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment
Coaching teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement practices
Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Ensuring sprint goals, deliverables, and timelines are met with high quality standards
Identifying and removing impediments to enable team productivity and delivery
Hands-on experience with Scrum, Agile, and SAFe frameworks
Collaborating with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed backlogs and clear user stories
Tracking and reporting Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress
Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve transparency and alignment
Prior experience in the Healthcare domain, preferably with Pharma, Insurance, or similar organizations
Qualification
Required

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Mandatory
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Strong understanding of Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in regulated environments (Healthcare, Insurance, or Life Sciences preferred)
