Responsibilities

Identify key improvement areas and develop strategies to capture those opportunities
Set annual retention, attrition, and renewal targets across all business lines
Evaluate performance drivers and recommend high-impact strategies to ecosystem leaders
Monitor global retention and renewal performance
Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend actions to ensure business objectives are met. Provide insights grounded in solution, segment, and geo-specific dynamics
Manage global retention programs to ensure business objectives are achieved
Proactively identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and drive key program components
Build robust operational processes to manage performance and programs

Required

4+ years in strategic operations, sales operations, retention, or GTM roles with a track record of driving measurable impact
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fluency in both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives and influence senior executives
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple programs simultaneously
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Strategy, or a related field
Proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
