This role involves hands-on engineering, project leadership, and client coordination across commercial and institutional buildings.

Responsibilities
Design HVAC and mechanical systems for commercial and institutional MEP projects
Manage projects from design development through construction administration
Prepare and review mechanical drawings, calculations, and specifications
Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, and fire protection teams
Manage schedules, budgets, and project deliverables
Support construction administration, RFIs, and field coordination
Qualification
Required
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Mid to senior-level experience in MEP mechanical design
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy codes, and industry standards
Experience managing projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
Professional, client-facing communication skills
Preferred
PE license preferred or ability to obtain
