Responsibilities

Managing carpenters, laborers, and/or equipment operators

Keeping projects on schedule and within budget

Knowledge of power tools & equipment (skid steers, cranes, excavators); includes ordering and tracking materials

Ability to read blueprints

Experience maintaining daily logs of work progress and tracking labor hours

Be able to look 4 weeks out on a project and determine the craft resources needed

Comfortable attending weekly planning meetings

Ability to take accountability for the quality and productivity of a project outcome

Willingness to travel up to a 45-mile radius to project sites
