This role involves owning the full sales cycle, generating pipeline through outbound prospecting, and engaging with various stakeholders within hospitals and health systems in the Northeastern United States.

Responsibilities

Own and exceed an annual revenue quota

Generate the majority of your pipeline through net-new outbound prospecting

Manage the entire sales cycle from first outreach through closed-won deals

Sell into complex hospital environments with multiple decision-makers

Lead discovery, product validation, business case development, and contract negotiations

Present confidently to senior hospital and perioperative leadership

Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, and Client Success teams

Help shape go-to-market strategy as the company scales
