Responsibilities
Translate client goals into actionable solution proposals, including dashboards, automation, and performance/member experience success metrics
Build tailored Implementation Plans when clients seek to create new or custom operations reporting solutions inside the Data Intelligence Platform
Participate in scoping discussions to create Statements of Work (SOWs) in conjunction with the Project Management team prior to opportunity close
Scope and build additional SOWs for clients requesting custom reports after implementation
Coordinate with Implementation Engineers for the execution of custom reporting solutions
Provide ongoing expertise to drive client adoption of the Data Intelligence solution
Advise on best practices for data collection, KPI development, and process optimization
Review all client reporting and KPI requests to assess their potential for widespread adoption across the Kinective client base
Serve as an internal consulting resource for industry-specific questions and best practices
Share insights on industry trends, digital transformation, and AI-driven analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, or a related field
5 - 7+ years in operations, performance analytics, or business analysis within a credit union, bank, or fintech
Proven success defining, tracking, and optimizing operational KPIs
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik)
Preferred
Experience with SQL, workflow automation, cloud data environments, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
